香港新興科技教育協會於二零一二年組成，本會由多位致力推動本港資訊科技創意教育的人士於二零一二年組成，創會主席洪文正先生。本會創辦目的主要為透過舉辦及宣傳有關資訊科技的活動和比賽，以推動本地資訊科技的發展，並提供更多機會讓青少年接觸和學習新穎的科技產品，擴闊他們的眼界。此外，本比賽提供空間讓他們發揮創意，以在資訊科技發展上創造出無限的可能性及突破，為本地資訊科技發展開創更光輝的未來。
繼2014香港資訊及通訊科技獎﹕最佳學生發明獎取得驕人成績後，本會將舉辦一個以「香港的創新及科技」為題之三項比賽，包括繪畫，徵文及短片拍攝比賽，希望藉此了解我們的九十後及千禧世代對香港創新及科技的所思所想。

比賽詳情:
小學組: 可以個人或小組名義，繪畫(尺寸:29 x 38cm)/一副以「香港的創新及科技」為題
中學組:可以個人或小組名義，繪畫(尺寸:29 x 38cm)/寫作/拍攝短片以「香港的創新及科技」為題
大學組:可以個人或小組名義，繪畫(尺寸:29 x 38cm)/寫作/拍攝短片以「香港的創新及科技」為題
截稿日期﹕二零一五年三月十五日晚上十一時五十九分或之前。
評分標準:
所有作品將上載於HKNETEA Facebook網站於20/3 中午十二時五十九分至8/4 晚上十一時五十九分公開投票，獲得最多likes的參賽者可獲得XBOX 一部。

Hong Kong New Emerging Technology Education Association is a non-profit making educational organization, founded in 2012 by Mr Alex Hung, which mainly aimed at promoting the development of the local Information Technology through organizing information technology related activities and competitions. We hope to provide young people more opportunities to access and learn new technology products in order to broaden their horizons and bring out their creativity.
After the successful of HKICTA: Best Student Invention Award 2014, we hope to continue this success and are going to organize a drawing /composition / video shooting competition 2014, entitled “Innovation and Technology in Hong Kong”. We hope to understand thinkings about Hong Kong innovation and Technology industry from new generations.
Details:
Primary School students: draw a painting (size:29 x 38cm)/ entitled “Innovation and Technology in Hong Kong” individually or in group.
Secondary School Students: draw a painting (size:29 x 38cm)/compose an article / video shooting entitled “Innovation and Technology in Hong Kong” individually or in group.
Tertiary group: draw a painting (size:29 x 38cm)/ /compose an article / video shooting entitled “Innovation and Technology in Hong Kong” individually or in group.
Deadline of submission: Before or On 15 March 2015 11:59pm
Judging criteria: All the entries will be uploaded on HKNETEA Facebook Page for voting, voting will be started from 24th March 2015 11: 59 am to 8th March 2015 11:59 pm the most popular entry could win a Xbox.
