參賽規則
參賽單位需留意由私隱專員公署所制訂的最佳行事方式指引及個案經驗。
如有任何爭議,主辦單位保留最終決定權,參賽者不得異議。
組別:幼稚園
參賽者必須為本地認可的幼稚園學生(2022至2023學年內的K1 至K3學生)。
參賽者可以個人提交繪畫作品。
組別一:小學
參賽者必須為本地認可的全日制小學學生(2022至2023學年內的小一至小六學生)。
參賽者可以個人或小組方式提交作品(繪畫 或 400字以內的文章/報告 或 PPT),而小組人數不可多於6人 。
組別二:初中
參賽者必須為本地認可的全日制中學學生(2022至2023學年內的中一至中三學生)。參賽者可以個人或小組方式提交作品(800字以內的文章/報告 或 PPT),而小組人數不可多於6人。
組別三:高中
參賽者必須為本地認可的全日制中學學生(2022至2023學年內的中四至中六學生)。參賽者可以個人或小組方式提交作品(1,000字以內的文章/報告 或 PPT),而小組人數不可多於6人。
組別四:大專大學
參賽者必須為本地認可的全日制大專或大學生,非本地生都可以參加此比賽
(高級文憑、副學士、學士、碩士和博士學位),包括2022至2023學年畢業之學生。
參賽者可以個人或小組方式提交作品(1,500字以內的文章/報告 或 PPT),而小組人數不可多於6人。

題目一: 資訊及通訊科技
通過資訊和通信技術,解決日常生活中的問題。
參加者需提出一個應用程式的設計概念或作品,評審準則包括創意、工程原理概念、可行性及表達技巧
題目二: 機器人
通過機器人技術,解決日常生活中的問題。
參加者需提出一個機器人技術相關的設計概念或作品,評審準則包括創意、工程原理概念、可行性及表達技巧。
題目三: 科學實驗室
通過不同的科學實驗設計,驗證各種科學的概念。
參加者需提出一個科學實驗的概念及驗證結果,評審準則包括創意、科學知識原理、可行性及表達技巧。
題目四: 藝術科技
通過結合藝術和融合科技(例如虛擬實境、擴增實境、實時影像投射等),將科技推上一個新層面,是一種欣賞。
參加者需提出一個應用程式的設計概念或作品,評審準則包括創意、工程原理概念、可行性及表達技巧。
例如:應用AR來為大眾帶來沈浸式體驗。
題目五: 元宇宙
演示虛擬現實和增強現實如何促進 3D 虛擬世界的社交網絡編織。
題目六: 環境、社會、企業管治 (ESG)
通過善用各種科技來促進 ESG 標準 的可持續性。

Rules and Regulations
Applicants are advised to be aware of the best practice and case-based experience as promulgated by the Office of Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data.
In case of any dispute, the decision of the organiser will be final and binding on all parties concerned.
Stream : Kindergartens
It is opened for Hong Kong Kindergarten school students (K1 – K3, academic year from 2022-2023). Projects can be conducted by an individual. Submission can be in the form of a drawing.
Stream I: Primary Schools
It is opened for full time Hong Kong primary school students (P.1 – P.6, academic year from 2022-2023). Projects can be conducted by an individual or a group of no more than six students. Submission can be in the form of a drawing, an article/report of 400 words or a PPT.
Stream II: Secondary (Junior) Schools
It is opened for full time Hong Kong secondary school students (F.1 – F.3, academic year from 2022-2023). Projects can be conducted by an individual or a group of no more than six students. Submission can be in the form of an article/report of 800 words or a PPT.
Stream III: Secondary (Senior) Schools
It is opened for full time Hong Kong secondary school (F.4 – F.6, academic year from 2022-2023). Projects can be conducted by an individual or a group of no more than six students. Submission can be in the form of an article/report of 1,000 words or a PPT.
Stream IV: Tertiary or above
The projects should be conducted by local registered tertiary institution students, Non-local students are also welcome (Higher Diploma, Associate Degree, Bachelor, Master and PhD), including the applicants who are graduates in the academic year 2022-2023. Projects can be conducted by an individual or a group of no more than six students. Submission can be in the form of an article/report of 1,500 words or a PPT.

Category I: ICT
Solve problems in daily life through information and communication technology.
Participants are required to come up with an application design concept or work, and the judging criteria include creativity, engineering principles and concepts, feasibility and presentation skills.
Category II: Robotics
Solve problems in daily life through robotics.
Participants are required to present a design concept or work related to robotics. The evaluation criteria include creativity, engineering principles, feasibility, and presentation skills.
Category III: Science Lab
Through the design of different scientific experiments, verify various scientific concepts.
Participants are required to present a scientific experiment concept and verification results. The evaluation criteria include creativity, scientific knowledge principles, feasibility and expression skills.
Category IV: ArtTech
It is an appreciation of taking technology to the next level by combining art and integrating technology (e.g. virtual reality, augmented reality, real-time image projection, etc.).
Participants will be asked to propose a design concept or work for an application, which will be judged on creativity, engineering principles, feasibility and presentation skills.
For example, the use of AR to bring immersive experiences to the public.
Category V: Metaverse
Demonstration on how Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality can facilitate the interweave of a social network of 3D virtual worlds.
Category VI: ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance)
Through the application of varies technologies to enhance the sustainability of ESG standards.
