屆大灣區STEM卓越獎2024(香港)

參賽規則

參賽單位需留意由私隱專員公署所制訂的最佳行事方式指引及個案經驗。
如有任何爭議,主辦單位保留最終決定權,參賽者不得異議。

組別:幼稚園
參賽者必須為本地認可的幼稚園學生(2023至2024學年內的K1 至K3學生)。
參賽者可以個人提交繪畫作品。

組別一:小學
參賽者必須為本地認可的全日制小學學生(2023至2024學年內的小一至小六學生)。
參賽者可以個人或小組方式提交作品(繪畫 或 400字以內的文章 或 PPT),而小組人數不可多於6人 。

組別二:初中
參賽者必須為本地認可的全日制中學學生(2023至2024學年內的中一至中三學生)。參賽者可以個人或小組方式提交作品(800字以內的文章 或 PPT),而小組人數不可多於6人。

組別三:高中
參賽者必須為本地認可的全日制中學學生(2023至2024學年內的中四至中六學生)。參賽者可以個人或小組方式提交作品(1,000字以內的文章 或 PPT),而小組人數不可多於6人。

組別四:大專大學
參賽者必須為本地認可的全日制大專或大學生,非本地生都可以參加此比賽(高級文憑、副學士、學士、碩士和博士學位),包括2023至2024學年畢業之學生。參賽者可以個人或小組方式提交作品(1,500字以內的文章 或 PPT),而小組人數不可多於6人。

題目一: 資訊及通訊科技
通過資訊和通信技術 (例如人工智能、藝術科技、ESG (環境、社會和管治) 、元宇宙、機器人及Web 3),解決日常生活中的問題、或促進體驗、可持續性。
參加者需提出科技應用的設計概念或作品,評審準則包括創意、工程原理概念、可行性及表達技巧

題目二: 科學實驗室
通過不同的科學實驗設計,驗證各種科學的概念。
參加者需提出一個科學實驗的概念及驗證結果,評審準則包括創意、科學知識原理、可行性及表達技巧。

題目三: 扶輪淨水
通過結合新興科技(例如物聯網、遙感和衛星成像、移動應用程式、水處理技術、區塊鏈技術、自潔與無水衛生技術等)應用環境及個人衛生領域低成本水處理解決方案。參加者需提出應用設計概念或作品,評審準則包括創意、工程原理概念、可行性及表達技巧。

Rules and Regulations

Applicants are advised to be aware of the best practice and case-based experience as promulgated by the Office of Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data.

In case of any dispute, the decision of the organiser will be final and binding on all parties concerned.

Stream : Kindergartens
It is opened for Hong Kong Kindergarten school students (K1 – K3, academic year from 2023-2024). Projects can be conducted by an individual. Submission can be in the form of a drawing.

Stream I: Primary Schools
It is opened for full time Hong Kong primary school students (P.1 – P.6, academic year from 2023-2024). Projects can be conducted by an individual or a group of no more than six students. Submission can be in the form of a drawing, an essay of 400 words or a PPT.

Stream II: Secondary (Junior) Schools
It is opened for full time Hong Kong secondary school students (F.1 – F.3, academic year from 2023-2024). Projects can be conducted by an individual or a group of no more than six students. Submission can be in the form of an essay of 800 words or a PPT.

Stream III: Secondary (Senior) Schools
It is opened for full time Hong Kong secondary school (F.4 – F.6, academic year from 2023-2024). Projects can be conducted by an individual or a group of no more than six students. Submission can be in the form of an essay of 1,000 words or a PPT.

Stream IV: Tertiary or above
The projects should be conducted by local registered tertiary institution students, Non-local students are also welcome (Higher Diploma, Associate Degree, Bachelor, Master and PhD), including the applicants who are graduates in the academic year 2023-2024. Projects can be conducted by an individual or a group of no more than six students. Submission can be in the form of an essay of 1,500 words or a PPT.

Category I: ICT
Solve problems in daily life or enhance sustainability or experiences through information and communication technology (e.g. Artificial Intelligence, Art Tech, ESG, Metaverse, Robotics and Web 3). Participants are required to come up with an application design concepts or work, and the judging criteria include creativity, engineering principles and concepts, feasibility and presentation skills.

Category II: Science Lab
Through the design of different scientific experiments, verify various scientific concepts.
Participants are required to present a scientific experiment concept and verification results. The evaluation criteria include creativity, scientific knowledge principles, feasibility and expression skills.

Category III: Rotary Water Purification
By combining emerging technologies (such as the Internet of Things, remote sensing and satellite imaging, mobile applications, water treatment technology, blockchain technology, self-cleaning and waterless sanitation technology, etc.) to produce a low-cost water treatment solutions. Participants are required to come up with applied design concepts or work. The judging criteria include creativity, engineering principles and concepts, feasibility and expression skills.
